Dewatering Screen

Dewatering screen, aka sand sieving machine, this sand screening machine is playing a significant role in sugar, salt and other industrial sectors. The sand sieving machine can grade the materials into various levels and dehydrate & impure the materials at the same time. Due to its unique function, the machine is widely used in slime recycle, coarse filter and fine material recycling.

Working principle

Dewatering screen adopts dual-motor self-synchronization technology. Motors coordinate with universal eccentric and adjustable amplitude vibrator. when dual-motors start to work,centrifugal forces which generate by the eccentric models will superposition themselves and forming a single direction vibration. The high frequency drive vibration drive of the screen will line move back and forth in line repeatedly.

Technical

• 1. High working frequency, heavy vibrating intensity, low moisture of product on the screen, high capacity. When used for tailing dehydration, it can get higher solid recycle.
• 2. The adoption of auto-synchronization principle, motor drives vibrator by tyre coupling, the structure is simple and the noise is low.
• 3. Side push plate of screen surface adopts to polyurethane material, long service life, and it can protect the frame efficiently.
